Claiming Commands

!claim {order number} (Order numbers can be found on the order screens located between the pack line end closest to the counter.)

!complete {order number} (This command must be used after an order is handed out. This command may also be used if the order has been claimed and the ordering customer/guest has left the server to delete the order.)

!unclaim {order number} (Used to unclaim orders.)

!delete {order number} (Used to delete orders.)

!handto {username} (Must have item equipped while doing the command in order to hand to.)

Trainee - Senior Crew Member

These ranks may do the following. Cashier, Cook, Clean, Traffic Management, McDrive Window 1 or 2. In order to learn how to use in-game tills, please press the orange button “Tutorial” on the right side. The role of cook details claiming/handing food to customers/guests. McDrive Window 1 is the order window, McDrive Window 2 is the collection window.

Kitchen Leader

This rank may do the following. Cashier, Cook, Clean, Traffic Management, McDrive Window 1 or 2, Supervise. Kitchen Managers may supervise shifts or general in-game. This role does not come with the permission to host/co-host shifts, only allowed to supervise. This role does not also come with the permission to promote.

Associate Supervisor - Operations Manager

These ranks may do the following. Cashier, Cook, Clean, Traffic Management, McDrive Window 1 or 2, Supervise, host shifts or trainings, promote. Training sessions must be claimed in order to be hosted, the training guide MUST be followed. Promotional Shifts may be held anytime and MUST last at least 30 minutes, shift guide MUST be followed. Only Corporate+ may promote above the rank Restaurant Supervisor. Restaurant Manager+ may log promotions instead of requesting them. Any and all promotions MUST be logged. Any admin abuse will not be tolerated and is subject to demotion or ban.
